Gianluca Begnini is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong background in the construction industry, a legacy stemming from his family's business. This early exposure laid the groundwork for his diverse experiences in the banking and sports sectors, highlighting his adaptability and broad expertise.
With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, Gianluca has built an unparalleled network and a reputation for expert strategic foresight.
Riccardo Begnini is an integral member of the team, specialising in developing relationships with key pan-European investors in the logistics & industrial and alternative sectors. Riccardo works closely with Gianluca on structuring and transacting on various investment opportunities for core RIBE clients.
Riccardo is fluent in Italian, Spanish and English.
With +25 yrs experience in the Logistics sector, she built up her career within the key Sector Leader organizations, covering Executive roles either in Italy or in Europe. A wide knowledge of complex Supply Chain model and operations allows her to deliver best-in class logistics services for high demanding Industries (FMCG, Fashion, Pharma, Automotive, HighTech).
Her continuous focus on Client needs paves the way for more efficient and sustainable warehousing+transport solutions, deploying state of the art of the technology in process engineering, real estate and people management.
She is also actively supporting the Italian Logistics Sustainability Agenda and, starting from 2014, she is an Academic Lecturer (Supply Chain Lecture) at Post Graduate Business Program at Pisa University.
Antonio has 42 years of experience at DHL, including serving as VP of DHL CRE Southern Europe from 2010 to 2021 and Senior Director of CRE EMEA from 2022 to 2024.
Over the past decade, he has delivered an average EBIT of €20 million, managed sales portfolios worth €400 million, and led a team of 30 direct reports.
Lucia Manzi is the cornerstone of our administrative and accounting departments, ensuring the company's operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her expertise in financial management and organisational administration is vital as she oversees all financial transactions, budgeting and compliance, maintaining the fiscal health and integrity of our business.
Lucia's meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach to financial planning are instrumental in supporting our company's growth and stability.
Paul brings more than 30 years of UK and pan-European real estate and logistics experience and expertise to RIBE. He was previously EMEA Head of Real Estate at DHL Group, leading a team of 80 handling approximately 3,000 facilities in over 100 countries, with an annual capex budget of €1bn+.
As well as being Chairman of Europe Logistics Forum, Paul plays an important role in developing RIBE’s long-term strategy in what is a particularly exciting time for European logistics.
David is a co-founder of DTRE. He and Keith Dowley have been business partners since 1995, selling their previous company to CBRE in 2006 and working there for several years before setting up DTRE in 2010.
His focus is primarily on the Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets team, both in the office and industrial spheres, overseeing relationships with clients ranging from property and equity companies to institutions and high net worth individuals. As well as the UK, David has extensive experience in European markets.
Ben is an Equity Partner and Co-Head of UK Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets. His clients consist of Developers, Institutions and Private Equity firms - providing advice on a range of acquisition and disposal work across the UK.
In addition, he provides ongoing assistance to a variety of developers in sourcing funding for projects. Ben has been at DTRE since 2017, having previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield. He has been a member of the RICS since 2015.
Amelia leads DTRE’s Sustainability Consultancy team and is a member of DTRE’s European Capital Markets team, having developed a significant European client and supplier network working with the world’s leading logistics operators. Her experience includes a secondment to one of the world’s largest industrial real estate investors where she analysed over 1,100 assets across 12 countries to futureproof the portfolio against stranding, compliance and physical risks, providing individual decarbonisation pathways in support of the business’ wider Net Zero strategy.
Amelia holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Bristol, a Master’s Degree from the University of Reading and has completed a sustainability leadership course at the University of Cambridge. She is a member of RICS and the European Logistics Forum’s ESG Group.
